We are involved in various projects that span across a broad spectrum of topics. To ensure the success of our work, we actively collaborate with both internal and external researchers.
For each project, a context-specific bioinformatics approach is applied.
- Project 1. Borderless genome editing: Integration of genome data from individual databases, omics analysis, and relevant database construction
- Project 2. CRISPR origami: Epitope identification by AI-based structure prediction and machine learning algorithms
- Project 3. SCON and ICON: Automatic identification of SCONable targets and relevant database construction
- Project 4. Mosaic genetics: Single cell/spatial genomics, graph theory
- Project 5. High-content screening: Image analyses, summarizing, and dimensional reduction of morphological data
At the IBS, we use high-performing desktops and high performance computing clusters. We also work with Linux, R, Python, Bash, webtools, Docker, GitHub and more.
