We are a team of bioinformaticians. We conduct our own research but also actively cooperate with other experimental teams to address complex biological questions. Our main research projects utilize a specific bioinformatic approach that has been carefully designed by our team members. We are involved in the following projects: 1) Borderless genome editing, 2) CRISPR origami, 3) SCON and ICON, 4) mosaic genetics, and 5) high-content screening.
Our team also acts as the bioinformatic core facility within the CGE, providing consultation and lectures for all researchers at the center. Our goal is to encourage and guide communication as well as collaboration opportunities between our researchers and external bioinformatic teams.
