- Methods: Bulk/scRNA-seq & ATAC-seq, CRISPR screens, high-content imaging.
- Pipelines: WGS/WTS, variant calling, CNV/LOH mapping, multi-omics integration.
- Milestones: Dataset releases and preprints targeted for 2025.
